Survey and design. An essential axis in the urban development structure of Nanchang and the  longest urban expressway in the east-west direction. 13.3km long, with 3 interchanges and 9  diamond-shaped interchanges. First prize of Ministerial Award for Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement, first prize of Ministerial Award for Excellent Engineering Design.
